Incoloy 800H Nut

The nut is a fastener with internal threads and used in conjunction with a screw for mechanical parts for movement or power.

BDF can offer all kinds of hot forged and cold formed nuts such as hexagon nuts, heavy hex nuts, hexagon coupling nuts, hexagon thin nuts, hexagon castle nuts, self locking nuts, hexagon domed cap nuts and other non-standard nuts according to customer drawings. The size ranges from M6-M100 in METRIC and 3/8” to 3-1/2” in INCH.
800H alloy has the following characteristics:

1. Excellent corrosion resistance in extremely high temperature aqueous media up to 500 °C

2. Good resistance to stress corrosion

3. Very good workability

Incoloy 800H metallographic structure:

800H is face-centered cubic lattice structure. Very low carbon content and increased Ti: C ratio increase the stability of the structure and the greatest resistance to desensitization and resistance to intergranular corrosion. 950 ℃ or so low-temperature annealing to ensure a fine crystal structure.
Applications:

Chemical and petrochemical process piping, high temperature heat exchangers, furnace components, carburizing equipment, heating-element sheathing, and nuclear power steam superheating tubing.
