Jiangxi Shicheng Mine Machinery Factory is a leading company in gravity mining machine designing & manufacturing inChina. Up to now, we have developed two major product lines, one is mining separator, and the other is trammel scrubber.

We get two senior engineers and one junior engineer on equipment designing and mining process designing. At the same time, we kept good relationship with some mining research institute and University, such as Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, Ganzhou Nonferrous Metallurgy Research Institute, Hunan Research Institute of Nonferrous Metals, and etc, to improve our designing and production, and also provide technology support for some mining project.

With more than 30 years in mining business, we have accumulated enough experience in gold mining plant, tungsten mining plant, wolfram mining plant, tin mining plant, cassiterite mining plant, coltan mining plant, columibte mining plant, iron ore mining plant, black/beach sand mining plant designing, manufacturing, installing, commissioning and training. We could provide the customized complete mining solution to our customer.

Our major overseas market is Africa and Asia, and our products covers 43 global countries, as more and more customers are aware of our quality products and good service, this number is growing fast.

Our history

1985 Our factory was established in Shicheng County, Jiangxi Province. Mainly manufacture shaking table and spiral chute.

1995 The first one jig separator been produced

2005 Centrifuge and magnetic separator added in products line.

2007 Factory moved to Industry zoon of Shicheng.

2008 Trommel scrubber added in production line

2010 International marketing department established.

2011 First overseas plant been installed.

2013 Top 3 exporter in Shicheng

2014 The fourth workshop comes into use.

With the good reputation and good quality control, our machines have covered all the domestic provinces. And with the joint effort of our international marketing department and engineers, our annual sales has growing dramatically in these years, each year has a more than 20% growth. Due to the expansion, our factory has expanded our workshop into four, became the biggest manufacturing factory in Shicheng.

Chief Manager & mining engineer: Mr. Xiaoneng Li

Graduate from Jiangxi University of Science and Technology, with strong will to expand the JXSC as the leading mining machine company inChina. Who made the decision to form international marketing department, and lead the trommel scrubber development project. Now, the trommel scrubber became one of the main products of our company.

Chief engineer: Mr. Mugen Li

Who is the formal chief manager of JXSC when it’s a state owned enterprise, graduate from Jiangxi Science and Technology College, worked as geologist in Dajishan tungsten mine, with over 40 years experience in mining and mining machine manufacturing.

Our international sales team:

We get a young, passion, profession international sales team, which is formed in 2010; most of our team members get bachelor degree in English or business. All of our members could speak fluent English, and we get member who can speak Spanish. The team members have been well trained in our factory and some mining companies before they start the sales work, to make sure we provide professional service to our overseas customers.

And we could send our engineer to do the site survey for the customer, give professional advice on process flow, plant location, and project developing.

3. Lab test service

We provide some processing lab test, such as shaking table, spiral chute, jig, magnetic and centrifuge, to make sure the process we designed is good for the target mineral. And we also provide sample analysis service for our customer.

4. After sale service

We could send our engineer to help the installation, commissioning and training, and we provide one year guarantee, to help our customer’s project success.
